When you run a 3000 a.a. protein in all the online predictors you can find (and know how to use)....

Aggreprot (ML sequence based) : missing polyQ output

PASTA 2.0 (sequence) : not available online

ZipperDB (hybrid) : polyQ wrong output

Aggrescan3D (hybrid): crashed multiple times

Cordax (hybrid) : waited overnight  - crashed

Aggrescan 4d (hybrid) : waited overnight - crashed

Camsol (hybrid) : not available online

and PLAAC (2014) turned out to be the only tool that worked.
